Leave us a review here! ~I purchased a table top glass tube heater from these guys in 2015. It worked fine--until it didn't. So off to tech support hell...which turned out to be a great experience! After a few attempts at replacing parts, it was determined that the regulator was the problem. During that call with support they offered to replace the entire burn mechanism and fedex'd the part to me. With in 10 minutes the heater was working better than ever. The employees go above and beyond to assist me every time. I have purchased a couple product from this company and have been so pleased every time! If i ever have an issue with one of my heaters, I know I can call and someone is available to answer the phone to help troubleshoot. If i am not able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, they are local so i can just drive over. BTW they have moved locations. They are no longer at the 101 and Northern. They are now located at 8601 W Jefferson St Suite 200 in Tolleson, and the new warehouse is amazing! ~A few weeks ago I called your firm hoping you could repair a patio heater I had bought and had stopped working. A serviceman named David showed up on Friday. Clean uniform, polite, and ready to tackle the job ahead. My heater is a big commercial type that cost me a mint. Unlike the $99 ones I used to buy. Right away David ran into trouble because most of it was riveted together instead of screws or bolts. When he finally got it apart he found the trouble with it. Of course it needed parts. So David took off in search of them. He came back after checking multiple stores around the area with no luck. "I'll check around where I live and come back." He said. Sure enough he came back the next day Saturday! Unfortunately he still couldn't get it working. So he took the head home to work on it. Came back on Sunday with it working. Even though I said I didn't want to ruin his Sunday and that I could wait. Well he had totally revamp it and it works better than it did new. Uses way less gas and it's still quiet and really hot. With no added cost. Plus now it can be taken apart easily for future repairs. I thought for sure David was an owner of the company. I called and they said that no he was just a good employee. Physically I have a hard time working on anything period. I've hired a lot of service people throughout the years and this has most certainly been my best experience. ~I received new panels in the mail today and they look great. Cheers! ~Hi Michael: Great news. The heaters both fired up wonderfully after just the compressed air can spray up the delivery tube for the pilot gas. For one, I took the gas feed line out and sprayed that; for the other, I just sprayed up the tube with the gas line still in. Anyway, that should do it for now. Now I know how. Family overjoyed. Merry Christmas and thanks. ~I called in for assistance since I was convinced I needed a new thermocouple for my heater. I could like the pilot but it wouldn't stay lite. I spoke to your man in support and he was convinced it was not the thermocouple but instead, was a stick tilt switch. He guided me to it and said I could bypass it to test his theory. Instead I just tapped on the tilt switch, thinking it may be a mercury switch and went back to trying to lite the heater. She started perfectly. Thank You and Happy New Year. ~I never write a customer review but I must write this one, after having a small amount of frustration because of a mechanical breakdown on a couple of heaters that were purchased through a third-party and not even directly from AZ patio heaters. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the unbelievable customer service and them going out of their way that this company has done for me, not only by standing behind their product warranty and replacing it but Michael also went out of his way and paid for shipping which had to be very expensive. Folks I did not buy this product 1 month ago I bought it 1 year ago... no questions only proof of purchase they were amazing thank you so much Michael! ~Really appreciate the help, most companies wouldn't go the extra mile. You fix worked! The pilot is working perfectly. ~I wanted to thank Michael in the customer service department for the prompt follow up with the addition of a coupler for a table for my propane outdoor heater. Order number 52359. I had mentioned to him that I'm having a gathering this weekend and need the coupler as soon as possible. He sent it priority mail. Got it today. Thank you so much Michael. ~Took a nat gas patio heater to the store/warehouse for service (there is no natural gas service to their building so they can not test such a unit after cleaning/repairing/servicing). Upon pick-up David (sales & repair) offered me as much self-help instruction on cleaning & lighting as I would be able to do on my own. Unit worked the following weekend for the event I had taken the heater to AZ Patio for in the first place. After 2-3 weeks of non-use attempted to relight without success. I took the units (have a 2nd one that no longer was working) back to the store. This time one of the managers (Mr. Price) evaluated my units, showed me potential causes for them not working, gave additional DIY instruction & said if it they still wouldn't work to call & schedule at-home service, which is what happened after my attempts to clean & service on my own failed to remedy my heaters non-performance. After calling (and then emailing) the company, I was contacted by a technician that offered to be out to my house the next day. He arrived on time, was thorough in servicing the units, and provided additional pointers on future DIY. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Would recommend AZ Patio Heaters for natural gas heater service and/or in-home repair to others.Dan Davis ~Our Patio Heater has worked fine for many years. We once had some trouble with the anti-tilt switch and AZ's customer service expert promptly told us how to fix it. I called today about a minor wiring issue and again it was solved promptly without even much of a wait. Excellent technical service; useful web site too. Though our heater had only a one-year warranty, customer service has continued to help when needed. AZ is a good company. I am pleased to do business with you. The parts for my propane patio heater fit perfectly. Everything lines up, the screw threads are the correct size...everything is super. It is because of this that I will definitely consider AZ first on future purchases! ~I recently bought a gas regulator from AZ Patio Heaters for my tall patio heater thinking it was the reason it would not light. Still didn't work so I went to your web site and went through all of the various cleaning suggestions. It still would not light and I was about to junk the heater (I was very frustrated). As a last ditch effort, on a Saturday afternoon, I called your toll free number. Your customer service representative talked me through the trouble shooting exercise. His final suggestion was to remove the pilot tube and orifice and soak in hot water. I did and then reassembled the heater. Now it lights with ONE CLICK!!!! So now you have a customer for life. He walked me through how to remove the box and scrape inside spark area and inspect wiring for a loose wire. Everything is up and running. You have a great team. Thank you for the help. ~I purchased a pyramid-style heater by AZ Patio Heaters through Costco Canada. Unfortunately, one of the quartz tubes developed a crack. Upon faxing all the necessary paperwork to AZ Patio Heaters, they sent me the part with UPS, right away. When I got the part, I was very surprised. I got a whole assembly (2 quartz tubes and 1 metal connector) not just one quartz tube. I highly recommend this company. The products are great and the customer service is excellent! ~Looked around at several patio heaters before settling on this one and am happy with the purchase. Assembly was pretty straightforward, took about an hour total. The overall quality seems solid. It puts out some good heat, plenty to keep the nearby chairs warm. One reason I went with Arizona brand is they have great customer service and you can also buy replacement parts from their website. Overall this is a quality heater for a good price and I would definitely recommend it. |
